This is a quick, delicious Mexican salsa (or meal if eaten with tortillas) I make all the time. Trust me, this tastes best freshly made. I’m not one for measurements so just use as much as you can eat. ~Liz
Diced tomatoes Diced avocado Chopped onion Finely chopped Jalapeño pepper (optional) Minced fresh cilantro Salt to tastePlace all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to mix well. Enjoy!
