Radish Salad

I made this a couple times when we were getting tons of radishes and hakurei turnips. Great side dish.

1/4  cup  rice vinegar
2  tablespoons  olive oil
2  teaspoons  whole-grain mustard
1  teaspoon  soy sauce
1/2  teaspoon  pepper
2  cups  shredded hakurei turnip (one bunch)
2  cups  shredded radishes (one bunch)
1  cup  thinly sliced green onions, including tops
Salt

In a wide bowl, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, soy sauce, and pepper. Add shredded turnip and red radishes, and onions. Mix; add salt to taste.
