Welcome

Roots and Shoots Farm is a small-scale, organic vegetable farm that works to improve our local food system while inspiring our customers to explore the wonders of seasonal produce.

We are located on the Bakker Farm on the Manotick Station crossroads. This year we will provide quality naturally-grown food through vegetable shares (CSA) , our booth at the Ottawa Farmers’ Market at Brewer Park, and our on-farm and city market stands.

 Our new farm stands – in Ottawa, Manotick and Manotick Station! (Closed until June 16th) We are now selling produce from our farm in Manotick Station, from Wednesday to Saturday between 3 and 6pm, and from our Manotick Farmstand, Wednesdays from 3-7 on Manotick Main Street, next to Lindsay & McCaffery. If you can’t make it to the farm, our produce will also be available at our CSA dropoff in Westboro, in the parking lot behind Mountain Equipment Co-op. on Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm.
