We don't wash our greens!

Gasp*

Well, we try our hardest not to.

if there's a huge rainstore that splashes mud everywehre, we may have, to, but after 13 season of washing and spinning, we finally have decided that it's just not worth washing greens.

Not because of the time, but because of the shelf life!

the more we handle the greens, the more they get damaged. So now we harvest and bag. This ensures you get the greens in the best condition possible.

It also means you should soak and spin your greens just before you eat them.
