The bounty of the season is fast approaching!
One of our favorite parts of running this CSA is connecting you with the absolute best, highest-quality local food available. We passionately believe in supporting small local businesses, and we are so proud to partner with some incredible local producers to bring you amazing add-on options this year.

Customize your CSA with automatic add-on subscriptions. Set it once, and your favorite extras will be packed and ready with your veggies every time.
Here is a look at the delicious extras you can add to your share every week or every other week:
Fresh, Organic Sourdough from Boulangerie Marcel
We are incredibly lucky to have Boulangerie Marcel operating right here on-site at the farm! They are providing us with fresh-baked goodies every week. You can add a weekly or bi-weekly subscription for:
The Classic Sourdough Loaf: Perfect for morning toast or sandwiches. Pairs super well with fresh tomatoes and basil.
The Baguette: A crispy, fresh classic.
Chocolate Chip Cookies (pack of 6): Organic rye cookies with dark chocolate chips and sea salt, freshly baked at the farm by Boulangerie Marcel.
NEW THIS YEAR! Salad Kit Essentials (DRessing and Croutons)
The perfect companion for your weekly veggies! This kit includes 300ml of our fresh house-made dressing of the week (like our Ginger and Fresh Herb Vinaigrette), paired with crunchy organic sourdough croutons crafted right on site by Boulangerie Marcel.
These change every single week and are designed to make gourmet eating effortless!
Farm-Fresh Flower Bouquets
A beautiful bouquet of fresh, seasonal flowers grown right here in our fields! Available from June 17 to September 16. Customize your subscription by choosing either 7 or 14 deliveries.
The Greens Share
Ensure you receive a beautiful 200g bag of fresh, crisp, pre-cut greens every single week!
Locally Smoked Salmon
Smoked locally by la Boucanerie Chelsea. A delicious, ready-to-enjoy addition to your weekly basket!
Tempeh: Local and Organic
Crafted locally by Bonnie, this organic tempeh is exceptionally tender, delicious, and moist. A fantastic, nutrient-dense source of plant-based protein for your everyday meals.
Gourmet Local Mushrooms from Le Coprin
Le Coprin grows some of the finest gourmet mushrooms around just a short drive from the farm. Bring rich, earthy flavour to your weekly stir-fries, risottos, and sautés.
Fresh, local Eggs!
Never run out of eggs again! Add a regular delivery of local, ethically raised eggs from Beking Family Farm (or COCO LOCO) to your share
How to Add Subscriptions to Your Share:
These add-ons are available as weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) subscriptions that will automatically align with your regular CSA pickup.
To add any of these items to your share, simply :
Log into your member profile and look for the "Subscription" header and click "Add"

You'll then see the two share options. Click next (top right)

Then you'll see all the subscriptions options as shown below!

Quick field update:
Hmm... field updates... so much has been happening. We are very quickly moving on from our spring rhythm to the fast paced "everything is happening at once" vibe of summer farming. Tons of crops have gone into the ground (basically everything) and we started harvesting cucumbers, eggplants, basil, beans, and cherry tomatoes. Our first field greens are ready so we have salad mix and arugula in the store again with only "a few" flee beetle holes in them.
The day after we put up the plastic on our two hoop houses (for eggplants, peppers and romas) we had a huge windstorm only to find the next morning all the plastic completely off of the hoops. Thankfully the windstorm did not include a frost or we'd have lost those babies!
We welcomed three new members to our team: Christina, Caroline and Ron, who have been amazing additions to our team. We welcomed back Lily this week as well and our team is now complete with our returning staff: Tim, Amanda, Olivia, Kielan and Kat. And Robin and Jess of course! There's also our incredibly talented bakers from Boulangerie Marcel and our store staff Anne and Natalie. And thank you Colleen for all you do behind the scenes!
Quick store update:
We have so many veggies available in our store: arugula, salad mix, spinach, basil, beets, radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, dino and green kale, green garlic, green onion, rhubarb, asparagus and more! Final 30% off our seedlings sale.
Don't forget all the baked goodies from Boulangerie Marcel: ceasar salads, sourdough breads, sandwiches, tandoori hummus, fresh pastas and fresh baked pastas, pastries and more to come!
We also have espresso based drinks, and Happy pops will be back in 6 flavours shortly!
